Return Policy

1. Return Period

Under EU consumer law and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. No reason is required.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We may refuse returns or charge for damage if the product has been opened, used, or is not in resaleable condition.

3. Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. We will provide the return address when you contact us to initiate a return.

4. Return Process

To return an item: (1) Contact us at letter@vorlaxenphkhepar.world within the 14-day period and state that you wish to withdraw. (2) We will confirm and provide the return address. (3) Send the product back, unused and in original packaging. (4) Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened supplement bottles) may not be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective or incorrect. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. General Legal Requirements

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law. If the product is faulty or not as described, you have additional rights (repair, replacement, or refund).

7. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order without penalty before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies instead. To cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at letter@vorlaxenphkhepar.world.

8. Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase. We will notify you by email when the refund has been initiated. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
