1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vitakraht website and the purchase of products sold on it. Vitakraht is operated by Vitakraht B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (KvK 58291734) with its registered office at Kerkstraat 94, 1017 GD Amsterdam, Netherlands. 2. Acceptable Use

You may use this website and our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, or use our products in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

3. Products and Ordering

Vitakraht Daily is a food supplement intended to complement a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. It is not a medicinal product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of your order will be the price charged.

Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 14:00 on business days the same day. Estimated delivery within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days via PostNL with tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU / Netherlands)

Under the European Consumer Rights Directive and Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at letter@vorlaxenphkhepar.world and return the product to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

7. Product Use

• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
• Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a health condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitakraht B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Vitakraht B.V. and protected by Dutch and international copyright law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute may be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
